Free returns

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the order. Provided the product is still in new and unused condition.


Return procedure:

Contact us via email (motordash.benelux@gmail.com) to request your return. Include your order number and reason for return in your message.


We will send you a return label and shipping instructions via email. Pack the parts carefully and attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box. Drop the shipment off at a service point or post office.

Refund

We will process your refund once we have inspected the received parts. If the parts are received in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refunded.
