RETURNS

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days after delivery.
If you fill in the return form below we can send you a return label with which the product can be returned. You can also return it yourself but then you must mention this in the return form below.

RETURN COSTS

the return costs are for the customer. We ask €4.99 per return. This amount is deducted from the amount that we refund after the product has been returned.

REFUND

We will process your refund once we have checked the received parts. If the parts are received in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Products must be returned in the following manner  :

- Returns within the 14-day inspection period after receipt of the goods.

- return in the original packaging and outer box, undamaged, unused and complete.

- Return and warranty packages must be carefully packed and returned.
